For hot tubs with ONE or TWO filters.

The hot tub must be fully functioning. Repairs are additionally priced (Please see Hot Tub & Swim Spa Repair page)

Large hot tubs, swim spa owners and operators please contact us separately to discuss your specific details. This will be POA after discussing your specific requirements.

What’s Included?

System chemical pipe flush

Mechanical and electrical device checks and tests, detailed inspection on pipework, diverters and jets.

Drain down of waste water, remove and clean out jets wherever possible.

Replace seals where required.

Deep clean and disinfection of the hot tub.

Refill hot tub with clean water.

Function test devices (pumps, heater etc).

Clean and protect vinyl covers*.

We will also provide detailed information on hot tub care, use of hot tub and products.

Typical good quality annual service should take between 3-5 hours.

Things to Consider:

Access to the inside of your hot tub is important. Some tubs are sited in pits or surrounded by decking. Please note: decking must be removed before our visit, and our team must be given enough room to work and be able to remove items such as heavy sizeable pumps.

Pre-site Requirements

Safe Site, Safe Persons and Safe Equipment is our main priority!

Please consider the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, other people and pets at the property and of course our team during our visit.

As much as we love dogs and cute pets, if we could ensure they are secured within the property throughout the duration of our time on site, or if needed outside, on a leader so they are not exposed to any harmful substances.

We require a clear route to and around where our team will be working, please try to keep children and any other vulnerable people away from the work activities and equipment for their own safety.

Please do ensure that any animal faeces are adequately removed and the area disinfected.

Kindly ensure that adequate working water and electricity sources are available for us. Test the electricity point that you want us to use and ensure that any internal taps or valves for water are turned on before we arrive, it may lead to the postponement of work and extra costs to you.
