Warranty

Warranty of 7 years if the pump is serviced annually, and the flow sensor is changed once every 3 years. If these service intervals are not followed, it is a 3 year warranty. We can assist customers with warranty issues in supplier dealings sorting out replacement parts and units if required in the unlikely event that something should go wrong with your unit.

Things to Consider:

Access to the inside of your hot tub is important. Some hot tubs are sited in pits or surrounded by decking. Please note that decking removal must be completed before our visit, and our team must be given enough room to work and be able to remove items such as heavy sizeable pumps.

Pre-Site Requirements:

Please consider the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, other people and pets at the property and of course our team during our visit.

As much as we love dogs and cute pets, if we could ensure they are secured within the property throughout the duration of our time on site, or if needed outside, on a leader so they are not exposed to any harmful substances.

We require a clear route to and around where our team will be working, please try to keep children and any other vulnerable people away from the work activities and equipment for their own safety.

Please do ensure that any animal faeces are adequately removed and the area disinfected.

Kindly do take a little time to ensure that adequate working water and electricity sources are available for us. Test the electricity point that you want us to use and ensure that any internal taps or valves for water are turned on before I arrive, it may lead to me having to defer work and return at extra cost to you.
